As of March 2021, the following categories of individuals are eligible to register for the COVID Vaccine:
Front line healthcare workers and residents at long-term care facilities
People 65 yrs. and older and those 18 yrs. and older who have chronic illness
Education and Child Care Personnel
Employees, Teachers and Staff in Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Schools.
Head Start and Early Health Start Programs
Licensed Childcare Providers
People 50-64 years of age
People 18 years of age

ACCHD - Pfizer is only available for 12-17 years of age at this time.
What to expect upon arrival
Find your vaccine location and park. You will be directed by friendly team to the entrance. Please have the QR code that was provided to you on-line, or if you do not have your QR code, you will be asked your name and date of birth. You will be checked in by our team. Now it's time for your vaccination! If you have any healthcare questions a medical professional will be available. Vaccinations are administered by specially licensed/certified individuals.
How long should it take?
We make every effort to make your vaccination experience pleasant and safe. After you have received your vaccination, you will typically be asked to relax for 15 minutes in our observation area to ensure your safety. The average time from check-in to departure is 30 minutes.
Other important information:
A mask is required during all processes for your safety and the safety of our teams.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. You may have to walk from your vehicle, but wheelchairs and golf cart transportation is available to and from the location.
The COVID-19 vaccine is administered in the upper arm. Please wear a short sleeve shirt or blouse for your vaccination.
You may be required to show identification to show that you are in an eligible category.
